It's all in a name...

The national ad campaign is... ingenious!

At the top of the ad: a nametag followed by a fabulous description of the corporation.

Now... my take on it might be a bit different than most, having been involved in the advertising industry for many years. I see the creativity first.

I have been an IBO for almost 15 years and have been through the name game, the first thing I saw... an inside joke behind the ad.

I noticed a not quite - 'in your face' challenge to the critics - "just because you have heard my name - doesn't mean you know me..."

They are asking the reader to pnder... 'how many times have you personally changed your mind about someone or something... after you met them in person and really got to know them?'

To me, this describes how many might view Quixtar/Amway.

A company whose name is recognizable, but misunderstood.

Before I became involved as an IBO, I was a critic, I thought I knew what the company was all about. I was wrong. I had based my opinion on the opinion of others. All of whom were trying to hide their own inadequacy for their own failure, by blaming the corporation.

Thankfully, I did my research and found out the truth about this company.

There is a reason why Amway has been a leader in business for almost 50 years..

Integrity.

“Integrity: A name is the blueprint of the thing we call character."

You ask, What's in a name?

I answer... Just about everything you do.”

I, for one, am excited about the coming together of the Quixtar North America /Amway Global names. I believe it is perfect timing,

The beginning of wisdom is to call things by their rightful names...

American Way is where it began...

"Let my name stand among those who are willing to bear ridicule and reproach for the truth's sake, and so earn some right to rejoice when the victory is won."

I am a proud IBO, I will stand behind a company that does not apologize for who they are!

Quixtar/Amway Global have provided an opportunity for me to live a better life, and I am!

You are so right about the atmosphere when you visit Ada. Employees are positive and supportive. It's no wonder that the corporate heads desire to go back to the Amway name - Amway Global. The American Way is what inspired them to begin this company. The American Way of Free Enterprise. I'm thankful that they began this business. While I am new at this, I see the big picture (or at least part of it). The story of the beginnigs of this company is quite a story - one that more people need to hear and experience.

Remember to always...

Right On!

I think that the National Ad Campaign is very powerful and at first I was unsure about the ad. After viewing it a couple of times and showing it to people i realized just how effective it is. People actually read the small print and are amazed at the facts. Some people are very impressed and that has been the tipping point to transition prospects into doing real research.

Overall this is an excellent campaign!
